Today I went to renew my internet and the amount of the internet was charged on the card I put in! And the internet didn't come in. Please, I paid and I want my internet. Thank you

What do you mean by "renew my internet"?

What exactly did you purchase? 

A monthly membership plan or a data add-on?

What does your Transactions page say about the payment? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What exactly do you mean by "the internet didn't come in"?

Can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?
