Carrier settings pin wrong

Keep getting the carrier settings pushed to my phone, received the txt with the pin to use the settings, but each time it says the pin is wrong ... it definitely isn't , what's going wrong here

It's as easy to just configure them manually

Anyway I think the PIN is always simply 0000 or 1234.
