What is saying "challenge failed"?
I've never seen or heard of that message in the context of buying stuff on 48.
And there are no previous reports of it from other users here on the Community Forum.
Please describe in detail the steps that you are taking and where exactly the error message occurs.
Does it make any difference if you switch from the app to the web interface or vice versa?
Are you sure that message isn't related to your bank's verification of the payment or something?
Were you ever able to successfully buy something online using the same payment card details?
On 48? On other sites?
Are your payment card details still correct and valid?
