I don't think that 48 support WiFi calling. 

You'll probably have to contact 48 support and ask them to be sure. 

If it isn't working for you then it's probably not supported.

They don't support 4G or WiFi calling currently but I'm sure they'll need to now that Clear Mobile, GoMo and Sky Mobile all offer both

You'll have to ask them. 

Clear Mobile is a completely different provider to 48.
