CANT SIGN IN AFTER NEW SIM !!

So I have to sign in on my mums account(this one) to ask for help because I recently ordered a replacement sim for a new 5c that I got, I git the sim today and put it in my phone, it asks me to verify it with a code that's on it which I did, then it brings me into a SIGN IN page so I try sign in and it says WRONG CREDENTIALS, so I press forgot password and try entering my email but it says WRONG CREDENTIALS, like what Dafuq is wrong with it? 😭😭
Email to my account : Skylin32k11@Hotmail.Com or 3liteHaxGFX@Gmail.Com it's one or the other can't remember since I think I changed the email.
Please Help !!! Thank you 🙂
