Bought €12.99 plan but not getting 5G

I recently purchase the plan of 5g it’s not showing up on my plan and I’m unable to use the Internet also provide me support on 5g Internet to access

Are you sure that your phone is 5G capable? 

What make and model is it?

For mobile data to work you need to configure your APN settings correctly. 

See here: 

If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they're configured correctly: 

Once you do that, you're on the €12.99 plan and your phone is 5G enabled then you'll get 5G connectivity.
