Hi, trying to activate sim but the screen to enter the 6 digits only loads for a second before going to my 48 homepage. Same problem on multiple devices

That sounds very odd.

Can you try your desktop browser in incognito mode just in case cookies are an issue here?

If that doesn't help then you'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.
