I tried to recharge my plan again but it’s showing I already recharged. But it’s not showing in my account. I m getting trouble to use internet and calling.

What exactly do you mean by this? 

  • it’s showing I already recharged

What exactly are you doing when this happens and what is the exact error message?

Is there an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

What do you mean by "I'm getting trouble to use internet and calling"?

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
