APN keeps dissapearing

I am unable to connect to network while in Spain.
I gave followed instructions in https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Data-APN-Settings-i-e-Internet-amp-MMS-Settings/ta-p/5...
It connected for less than 5 minutes yesterday but APN keeps dissapears and I cannot set ENABLE/DiSable APN
I have A new Samsung phone, first time abroad with it.
Any ideas?
