I topped up today my €10 Guido deal as I do every month. I received my text back saying I'm sorted etc, my texts and calls were working but my 3G is not? It works every month and I don't see why it isn't working now. I've went into my settings and turned the 3G on and off, I've turned my phone off and on and it's still not working

What does your online account say about your current membership status and expiry date?

Does it also list a next membership and start date in the Membership Planner section?

Perhaps your current membership is still active, your new membership has stacked and you have used up your data allowance on your current membership?
