I just bought a tariff plan and my 2 gigabytes of Internet have already burned out? how is this possible / you made me very upset

You don't clarify the period of time over which the 2GB was used up.
You'll have to check your phone's data usage monitor to see what apps used your data recently and address the issue if same apps are using data too quickly:
Don't you still have 198GB of your 200GB allowance left?
From next month it won't matter because data will be totally unlimited.
