€12.99 plan data gauge still showing max 200GB not unlimited

On my 48 app the circle chart bar is telling me that there is 200 GB of mobile data in total, but I signed 12.99€ plan for !unlimited! data. I already used 50 GB. Tell me, please, i have 200 GB or it's just bar on 200 GB and it will keep going?

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app in case that makes any difference?

The Fair Usage Cap of 200GB on the €12.99 plan was removed in August 2024 and data is truly unlimited now.

If you are still seeing a gauge that implies that you only have a 200GB allowance then you should probably contact 48 support for assistance/clarification.

I also experience this issue: Below a screenshot on the web interface.
This is definitely different from the @dalyer screenshot.
Did you use your phone as a hotspot for your computer last year, @IvanH9430 ? I do it frequently, maybe there is a limitation to this use.
Would you know if it is the case @dalyer , if I can ask?

Your screenshot isn't displaying properly @cm4751 so I can't see what's different in your case. 

I can't show you what my mobile data gauge looks like today on the app because when I try to use it I get this:

I usually don't use the app anyway because I find it so unreliable and I just use the web interface instead.

No matter what I try I can't get rid of the "This is your data gauge" popup/overlay in order to see the gauge properly.

Oh, I have to click on the "I" information button top right to get rid of the popup/overlay. Not Evans obvious.

Sorry you cannot see my picture, I put it in PNG format below, just in case.
(It is just the data gauge with 23.47GB consumed and a very visible 30° green angle showing the consumption. advertised: «Unlimited Data €12.99 Plan - Will renew on 23.12.25»)

I don't know why screenshots don't appear properly in some people's posts but it seems to be a common problem on the Community Forum for some reason...

Yes, I can see yours: I noticed a difference between the "pop up" one and the "non pop up" one: The first one has a green "0°" angle, when the second one doesn’t.
Anyway, mine is very different, you can see clearly a large angle, suggesting a limit of ... 100GB? 200? I’ll copy the support desk answer if it is useful anyway.
Last attempt for the picture, switching from "large" to "small" in the options.

Are you sure that your gauge isn't telling you that you've USED c. 100GB?

The €12.99 plan comes with unlimited data. 

Other legacy plans have a limit.

Tbh maybe I modified my privacy settings a while ago, and it prevents other members of the community to see the pictures I post. (just a guess, I don't know either) Anyway, I cannot find anything wrong in my settings for now.

As far as I know, I have used 25.22GB. I will just copy-paste below everything copyable on my dashboard:
"25.22GB [ below: "used" written as a picture in the middle of the gauge]
