I have the pin and puk, that is of no concern. What I am asking is: if i were to use an unlocked phone to insert the sim in, would that phone require an NUC and MCK?

If i were to get an unlocked phone and insert sim, would the sim still be locked?

Nah man i transferred my sim to a different phone because the first one broke and now i need a NUC and an MCK
