My top up didn't update

I topped up by €20 for the Don membership on the 9/7/2014 the money came out of my bank account but it hasn't updated in my 48 account

Yes under current I can see next which says until 16 th August which makes sense now.Thanks for your help

The expire date is 16/7/14 I still have Internet and minutes left does the new membership not kick in until the 16/7 or when my balance runs out?
