We recently contacted you about updating your device APN settings to remain connected to data. Please see below detailed steps on how to update your APN settings using the 50048 service.
1. Go to the notification panel in your phone and look out for the Configuration Message - click on it.
2. You will see two configuration messages - one for Internet/Browser and one for MMS. Select one of them and follow the steps below. Repeat the same process with the other configuration message.
3. Once you click into the configuration message, select Install in the bottom right corner.
4. If requested, insert the PIN 1234 and click OK.
5. Repeat the same process with the second configuration message.
6. Once installation is complete, your device will have the correct APN settings and you will remain connected to data.
