Hi thanks for the reply ive tried that still no luck dont know what else to do seariously thinking of changing networks ive been with 48 for about a year love the deals but they are no good if u cant use them my service goes at least once a week so i think iv been really patitant and not complained because it is a low cost network and probebly doesnt have the resources the bigger ones have but this time ive not been able to make calls or recive them or texts on and off since christmas and not at all for the last 3 or 4 days i think it could be longer
im done with 48 now when me credit runs out cause cant even ring only text and its not me phone either happend last night as well and ye dont even credit people when ye go awol when theres problems all ye done was donated money thats a great show of giving to customers
Think ill be doing the same mines been on and off since christmas and no service at all for the last 3 or 4 days getting really fed up
These are all phone based problems and not 48 problems, I am 99.9% sure. You have a complex device that you probably don't fully understand technically but the easy target is 48 because they had an outage - not that I sympathise with them! You need to tackle your phone issues first - google your model - do a battery pull, or a hard reset if it's an iPhone - So a SIM pull too - Reset the wireless settings - take it to a repair facility.
Yes - the first post in this thread!
Hi is there somewhere that we can see what was the issue with the network on the 19th?
Follow the link below - it is not covered in this thread here at all.

I would guess they could be power outage problems due to recent bad weather. Hence why they are not widespread.
