What do you mean by freetext numbers?

If they are 5 digit XXXXX numbers (eg 5XXXX) then 48 simply don't allow the sending of texts to such numbers.

5XXXX are Premium SMS (PSMS) numbers which are often expensive to text so they don't allow any of them to be texted.
