Since my autopay credit has expired, and I just added the new information on the internet after logging in, it seems it doesn't work. I'm sure why?

Any error messages? 

After auto-renewal fails you need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal takes over again from the next time. 

Auto-renewal never retries once it fails, even after you update your payment card details.

What happens when you try to buy a plan here?
