anyone else having trouble not receiving money transfer Authentication codes? i talked toy bank about it and they said it is a network issue, is there anyone else experiencing this?

Some people have reported this issue from time to time over the years. 

But I've never seen a proper explanation if why it happens or a fail-safe solution.
