What exactly do you mean by "SIM 2"?
What does the My48 account for your SIM say about your membership status etc.?
When was it last working?
In what way exactly is it not working?
Any error messages?
No network connection at all?
Network connection but calls/texts/data don't work?
Do incoming calls/texts work?
If necessary contact 48 support.
