Hi i move a new number to 48 today 0894165060 and switch to my active number 0899750741 already with 48 why?

It's not a great idea to post personal details such as your phone number on a public forum such as this where anybody can see and use it. You might want to edit your posts to remove it. 

Your posts are difficult to understand.

What do you mean by "I move[d] a new number to 48"?

What do you mean by "restore my number/switch my active number/switch to my the number already active with you"?

What exactly are you trying to do here?

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

If it's not the correct number then you'll need to try porting your number over (again?) to 48 from another provider:

A new 48 SIM comes with a new 089 number by default. 

If you want to use another number that you own then you need to port it from your old mobile provider to 48 using the instructions linked above. 

If you are trying to do something else then you'll need to explain more clearly what exactly it is.
