What should I do if my 48 account shows bundling and I can't top up?

What do you mean "shows bundling"?

How exactly are you trying to top-up (buy membership?)?

On the app? On the website? 

What exact steps are you taking?

What error messages occur?

Does it make any difference if you switch from the app to the browser or vice versa or try a different browser?

Were you ever able to top-up/buy membership before?
