What globe icon are you referring to? 

I don't see one anywhere on my My48 account on the app or website.

I think that that wording is simply out of date with respect to the actual website content these days.

If that doesn't clarify matters for you then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

You can see your roaming allowance for EU/UK anytime in My48 by clicking on the globe icon.

That icon doesn't seem to be part of the My48 account any longer. 

To see your roaming data allowance see here on the app: 

I can't see any way to see this info on the website version of your My48 account.

Swiping left here is probably meant to show it but just shows a blank page.
