I am unable to make phone calls.I have done auto renew options for a long time.This is the first time I am facing an issue

What do you mean by "I have done auto renew options"?

Do you have an active membership plan right now? 

Is anything working? 

Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
