Hi, I have recently purchased a new sim card as my old activation code was invalid. When it asks if I want to move my old number or get a new number I click move old number. It then asks me to enter my number and when I do it it says this msisdn already exists. I have tried multiple times with no luck. I'm not sure what to do. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

This is a common enough problem if the number has been with 48 before or maybe when the initial attempt to port it fails:
You'll have to contact 48 support about this and in order to get your number ported.
