Your posts were basically blank @marcusg0878 so there's nothing for others to go on in order to offer advice.
If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue clearly.
E.g. What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
The number porting instructions are here:
What happens when you follow them?
What goes wrong?
Any error messages?
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

Multiple duplicate posts/threads merged.
There's no need to create multiple threads about the same issue especially when you already received a reply to your original post.
If your old provider has rejected the porting request then it's quite likely that you entered the wrong details into the 48 porting form.
E.g. you specified bill pay instead of prepaid registered or vice versa.
You'll need to contact your old provider to clarify what details you need to use.
When submitting your request provide the correct account type with your old network provider. If the account type is incorrect then your request will be rejected. Unsure? Reach out to your old network and ask them to confirm.
If you also need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
