Can't get through to BoI number (0818365365)- a voice says I'm out of minutes or out of credit which I'm not have almost full Guido membership including my landline minutes. Can get through to other landline numbers and mobiles fine.
Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks

You need cash credit (50c per minute) to call 0818 numbers and they are not covered by membership or add-on allowances.
See here
https://www.48months.ie/membership-plans/other-call-charges
There may be a regular landline alternative that is covered by your membership/add-on allowances.

Hope this helps.
