My new sim is not connecting

You'll need to provide a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

When was it working ok last? 

What changed since then? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

If you switch off the phone, reseat the SIM, and switch on again does it make any difference?

Are there any error messages/icons on the phone?

What exactly do you mean by "not working/not connecting"?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you have a connection to the 48 network is anything working? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
