Hi. My daughter got a replacement sim but it's failing to activate

She'll probably need to contact 48 support.
The chat facility is probably the best bet when it's back online tomorrow.

Same issue.....did u get it working? I tried the new replacement SIM in a different phone and it didn't work either? So I no now it's not the phone...
