Sorry I didn’t see the reply. I can’t ring or text normally only iMessages or I can’t send MMS messages either

You'll only get assistance from the Community Forum if you help others to help you. 

If you don't want to do that then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance. 

They'll probably ask many of the same questions also anyway.
