Lost my phone earlier, so blocked SIM to be safe. After getting phone back. Is it possible to cancel the new SIM and reinstate my current one? I don't see any way of contacting 48 by phone/email/etc? Thanks.

If you blocked the SIM then didn't you also receive a replacement SIM that you can now activate?
If you really want to see if the original SIM which is now blocked can be unblocked then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if that's possible.
