Hi

I’m in Northern Ireland and I have been unable to pick up a cell signal since yesterday afternoon. Have tried all the troubleshooting advice, restart, manual network selection etc. No joy. Anyone else having this issue?

My partner and I are in Spain and are also unable to get a signal when roaming since Wednesday 18th. We cannot connect to a network or mobile data. 

 

We have also both tried all the steps provided and nothing solves the issue.

Same thing here.

I just noticed yesterday afternoon.

My phone gets frozen and does a quick restart when 48 SIM is taking too long to find and connect to a network.

 

Already restarted multiple times, tried manually different networks and no luck.

My brother has 48 SIM as well with same issue.

 

We are both currently in Portugal

There seems to be a general issue with Roaming.

Live chat informed me they are working on it

It's a pity there is no website or page to follow up on the issue nor a way to read online SMS.

Have you sim tool kit on your phone? Sometimes with liffeyvalley communications you need to change roaming profile in sim tool kit, change your settings to international sim profile form national sim settings profile
