Hi,
I checked before j left Ireland a D wenmbsite said j was entitled to free usage while in Holland. I'm now here and have no signal or internet out of Wi-Fi. If you found get back as soon as possible as I'm travelling alone and now have no means of contacring anyobe even in emergency

Are you on a Guido membership?
EU roaming only works on Guido.
If you do have a Guido membership but no signal or service at all then you'll need to contact 48 support.
