Roaming outside of EU, Oceania and N.America

I'm planning a trip to the Caribbean shortly and I noticed that the roaming guidelines cover north America, Australia, new Zealand and the EU only. Does anyone know is there any roaming services available outside of these places?

On 48?
Unfortunately not.
Just EU, other parts of Europe, North America and Oceania.
You may need to get a temporary local SIM for your trip.
