hi I have recently purchased two plans with you but was only able to register one sim,how do I register the second sim to my account and also the it in to the plan I bought

You can't register more than one SIM on a single account.
Every 48 SIM needs a separate logon using a different email address and password.
Every SIM also needs its own membership plan.
Unlike some other mobile providers 48 don't support family/group accounts for managing multiple SIMs under a single login.
To set up your second SIM you need to use a different email address - the one that you provided when you ordered the SIM if applicable.
