Can I remove the puk code

When my phone recharges I have to enter puk code. Can I have this security option removed

I presume you mean PIN not PUK?

If you're referring to something else then please explain in more detail what the issue is.

If you are actually being prompted for the PUK (not PIN) after the phone has recharged then that could be an issue with the phone itself as that shouldn't be happening. 

As far as I know the PUK cannot be disabled on a phone as it's a fundamental security feature.
