Roaming failed in several countries and now no service

First of all: 

Mobile Data Roaming does not work when abroad: Spain, Scotland and I suppose it would not work anywhere.

Secondly: I am not able to make any phone calls or send a message, at every attempt got a message "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK"

Is you have no service after returning to Ireland from roaming abroad then see the section titled "Returned Home?" here and see if it helps:

Regarding the roaming problems...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...

If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
