It's not a great idea to post personal details such as your phone number on a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
What do you mean by "I want to know the plan activated on my number"?
If you have activated your SIM and bought a plan then it should just work.
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts and use mobile data?
48 plans work for one month/30 days.
There is no minimum contract period with 48.
If that doesn't address your queries then you'll need to clarify what you're asking.
