When were all services working correctly for you last?
Did anything change on your phone since then?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
What happens when you try to make a call?
What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you?
Any error messages?
Can you receive text messages?
Is mobile data working for you?
What make and model of phone is it?
Would you have access to a different unlocked phone to temporarily try your SIM in that to see if it works there and perhaps narrow the problem down to your phone rather than the SIM/48 account?
