What exactly do you mean by "overpaid"?
If you bought an extra membership then it will have stacked on your account to kick in when your current membership expires so you won't have lost out.
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchases?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
If you still need to a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
