Can you send texts, make/receive calls, use mobile data? 

By "nationals numbers" do you mean specifically from Irish mobile numbers? 

Can you receive texts from non Irish mobile numbers?

For issues while roaming abroad the usual general advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

If calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't then double check that your APN settings are still configured correctly:

Can you referring texts from other numbers?

There's no need to create multiple threads about the same issue.
