More info needed.
Did you ever have a service or have you just joined 48 and haven't yet managed to get started?
What make and model of phone?
Did anything change - e.g. software update on the phone?
When you manually scan for networks what networks do you see?
Can you see and connect to 48?
Have you tried taking the SIM out, gently cleaning it and reinserting it and trying again?
Is roaming/data roaming enabled?
Do you have an active/current membership?
Do you still have allowances to make calls/send texts etc.?
