I travelled to Berlin this morning and my phone says no service but can pick up wifi. My boyfriend is also with 48 and his phone is working OK...how can I fix this please?

From 13th June EU roaming will only work on a Guido membership started on/after 13th June.

It will not work on any other membership or a Guido membership started before 13th June.

If you do have a Guido membership started on/after 13th June then the problem is most likely the usual iPhone roaming issue due to the stupid way that Apple fo things:
