You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was everything working ok last? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

What exactly do you mean by "no mobile network"?

No connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars? 

If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is anything working? Calls, texts, mobile data? 

Do you have an active membership plan?
