Network working one minute and next it’s gone for hours.Joined 48 nearly a month ago and this needs resolved!

You mean it disconnects/loses signal bars sporadically?

When was it working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Have you tried gently cleaning and reseating your SIM in case that helps? 

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see how it works there?

Maybe try a replacement SIM in case your SIM has become faulty?
