Why do you need to add €3?

What exactly do you mean by "get back coverage"?

If you want to add cash credit to your account or buy an add-on (€3 for 1GB data?) then see here:

If that doesn't work then you'll need to explain clearly what happens - e.g. what goes wrong and what error messages do you get?

Bear in mind that add-ons only work when you also have an active membership plan.

And cash credit alone doesn't give you the ability to make calls, send texts and use mobile data.
