I tried moving my number as per the instructions but I get a message that says the message was sent but nothing received on my old number. What can I do to retrieve my old number
If you no longer have service on the previous carrier's SIM then see here:
If your old network SIM has no service or you cant receive the security code SMS then you'll need to make contact with your old provider as they'll have visibility of your old account
