Membership not working

Hi I got my membership and it will not work. The money came out of my account but when I click membership it says in progress. Can you fix this?

A few people have reported similar problems recently.
Unfortunately you'll have to contact 48 support to get them to sort this out for you.
And many people also seem to be having problems getting in touch with 48 support lately...
