Looking to activate call waiting on my phone

Hi, I have activated call waiting on my android phone,but it's still not working,it seems I've to get my 48 mobile to allow it to operate,,, thanks in advance

I don't think that 48 provide any other related service. 

What make and model of phone is it, what version of Android is it running, and where in the settings are you seeing a call waiting option?

My Android 15 Motorola Moto G84 phone doesn't have any call waiting option in the system settings or in the Phone app.

Oh, I did find it buried in the Phone app settings. 

Phone app > Settings > Calling Accounts > 48 > Additional Settings > Call Waiting

I've toggled it on but have no idea if it's working until I'm on a call and another one comes in.

Which would be a very rare occurrence for me to be honest.
