I have been with 48 for a number of years. In the past week I've received calls from three different people (not contacts) telling me they received a missed call from my number.
In all instances when I review my outbound calls, there is none at that time. Has my number been hijacked? What can I do to investigate?

Phone number spoofing is not difficult and is unfortunately common. I doubt that there's much that 48 can do about it.
